Hi, I'm James.
I started Balado Home Repair in 2022 after years of doing every kind of small repair for friends, family, and neighbors — and realizing I loved the work. Today I run the business myself from Aberdeen, NC, and the way I treat every job is simple: show up on time, explain what I'm doing, do it carefully, and leave your home cleaner than I found it.
If it's a small job, it gets the same attention as a big one. If I'm not the right person for the job, I'll tell you and point you to someone who is. That's the deal.
